S&CO offers ONLY digital products that are downloaded to your computer for Personal Use Online only, unless otherwise stated.

Because of this, no refunds will be issued for any digital products purchased. However if an error is made with a purchase (ie. duplicate purchase) this can be exchanged for a similar item (ie. substitute different tube from SAME artist, different kit from SAME designer). You must write to customer service (customerservice@scrapsncompany.com) and provide reciept order numbers for your duplicate purchase (order number and duplicate items), along with the products that you are subsituting.

Please make sure that you download your product within 10 days of purchase. You are able to download the product a total of 5 times within that 10 days. If for some reason you lose your purchases (ie. hardware failure, loss of computer) we can reactivate your products, ONCE. You are able to ask for a reactivation up to 1 year after your order. This download will include ONLY currently available designers and artists.

If you download a product and the file is damaged or corrupted, please write to customer service to have the file fixed for you, so that you may download the corrected file. Please also follow these instructions if the file is missing from the download page.
